The primary difference is that online training is conducted virtually. You no longer need to schedule in-person sessions, as your workouts will be uploaded at the beginning of each week. It is then up to you to complete these daily workouts at your convenience, fitting them into your own schedule.

In Exaskisi's training app, I am notified whenever you complete a workout. I send frequent reminders throughout the day if a workout is not yet completed. I recommend syncing your Fitbit or Apple Watch to the app so I can track your heart rate and energy expenditure. Nutritionally, you can sync your MyFitnessPal app to Exaskisi's app, allowing me to monitor your daily menu and provide feedback. I find accountability to be even more effective online compared to in-person, as I can monitor your activities more closely and ensure you are working out more frequently than the typical 2-3 times per week.

The Exaskisi's app includes 24/7 two-way messaging, allowing you to send me over any video of you performing any exercise and me to answer your questions promptly. During your weekly coaching sessions, we can discuss your form, technique, any obstacles you are facing, and set weekly goals.

We track your progress through monthly measurements and photo diaries. I will prompt you on where to take measurements and how to pose for pictures. These images are stored securely within the app, viewable only by you and me.

I will research the amenities at your accommodation and tailor your workouts accordingly. If no equipment is available, I can design full bodyweight workouts that require no equipment.
